How long does your approval process take?

Do you offer exclusive territories or area rights?
We are extremely selective when it comes down to this question primarily because we can be! If you would like to discuss the potential for exclusive area rights please contact us here.
What payment/terms do you offer?
We gladly accept all major credit cards and you can pay through your private wholesale portal online.
For larger accounts we will consider offering terms.
How long will it take to process my order?
We boast some of the fastest order processing times in the business (usually within 1-2 business days). We handle an extremely high volume of sales every month, so our inventory is fresh and we continually monitor our stock levels to keep just enough on-hand to fulfil orders quickly.
How long can I expect for transit time?
Domestic transit times can vary from 1-7 days depending on your location.
International shipments can vary between 1-4 weeks depending on your location, customs, and local delivery services.
We have multiple stores, can you ship parts of my order to different locations?
Absolutely, we can help out. We can set separate store locations in your wholesale portal and you can choose what goes where.
Is there a way to get an even bigger discount?
We offer extremely competitive pricing. That being said, if you order larger volumes - we do offer discounts to our wholesale customers.
Discounts vary depending on the quantity ordered. Our discount tiers are broken up by Case Volume, Pallet Volume, and Truckload Volume.
